You have something to say - and nowhere to say it.  You have been toying around with the idea of starting a blog.

BUT HOW?

The most unusual thing has happened recently.  I have been getting e-mails from people for advice on what a blog is and how to start one.

ME?

To understand my amazement, here is a quote from my “About Me” on my blog.

What?  Me a blogger?  And crazy about it!  It is like being obsessed with a new lover.  Until recently, if I told you that I knew what the difference was between a web page and a blog, I would be lying.

Now I do.  As they say in Brooklyn, where I originated, “Who knew?”

Sounds easy enough, right?   Wrong.

What I did not say is how many mistakes I made starting out and how many hours it took me try to straighten my messes out.  I had no idea what I was doing.  A super techie I am not.

There are thousands of sites on line with expensive courses.  They do promise you will make millions if you follow them.  Please.

But even if I had their expensive fees, as a ‘Newbie,” they went whoosh - right over my head.  I had no idea what they were talking about.  It was a new language class that started in the middle of a semester.  I missed the beginning.

I needed something that started with “What is a blog?”

FINALLY -

There is an internet course for people who want to be bloggers but don’t know where to start.

AND IT WILL NOT COST YOU YOUR LIFE SAVINGS!  (What’s left of it)

Here is where we are going to part company in this article and I am going to turn you over to experts.

There are two wonderful, young, clever, brilliant and knowledgeable teachers - Yaro Starek and Gideon Shalwick from Australia who have put their heads together to meet the needs of the beginning blogger.

These smartest kids on the block (osphere!) have designed a course that you ought to checkout.   They are offering free videos so you can get a feel for whether it appeals to you. These charismatic teachers will take you by the hand and put you through your paces

In my estimation, if you have a topic that you are passionate and very serious about and want to give it out to the Universe of the Internet - this is the best and only place to learn how to do that.

So, take it away, Yaro and Gideon -

And much luck to all you future bloggers!  I hope to see you on line. Think about it, we could do this from home until we are 102!
