She looked like the grandmother in the Beverly Hillbillies - she lived on a farm in Tennessee and she kept a loaded shotgun next to her bed! If she was serving chicken for dinner, she would go into her backyard, kill the chicken and cook it. It was an event out of a movie to visit her! She not only waited for the good - she made it happen and she was prepared for it! PS to Michelle -

My four year old wears her Easter and Christmas dresses until they wear out. NO need to 'save' anything. Still..... I love that a 90 year old woman is 'waiting for the good'.. She gets there are great times ahead worth saving for.... BTW. I sit here in my sweats writing. Last night I wrote a post in bed (naked!) I use my best silver every day.
