My best friend just referred me to this site. Corinne really knows her stuff in sales. I always teach my sales staff just the same thing that Marshall Field said "Give the lady what she wants" ... and we all know how successful he was. But he had a lot of variety in those stores!! Sometimes people just don't know what they want and until they "see" it or visualize it and they get stuck. Corinne knows this from all her vast experience ... Give them choices - and be
creative. It works!!!

Corinne really hit it on the nose. I also took a sales course a number of years ago where the teacher talked about finding the customer's "pain".

Pain whether it be physical or mental (business) is hard to cope with and people are motivated to find a cure for it. Sales really seems to boil down to finding a cure for pain which really motivates. There is nothing like a prospect who is self motivated to act. All you need to do then is sit back and let the magic happen.

Again, Corinne Edwards can make her point clearly and simply. I can't imagine anyone resisting her selling anything. She is the most focoused and trenchant listener around.
