LET THERE BE PEACE ON EARTH

Let there be peace on earth,
and let it begin with me.
Let there be peace on Earth,
the peace that was meant to be.

With God as our Father,
brothers all are we,
Let me walk with my brother,
in perfect harmony.

Let peace begin with me,
let this be the moment now.
With every step I take,
let this be my solemn vow,

To take each moment and live each moment
in peace, eternally.
Let there be Peace on Earth,
and let it begin with me.

The Capitol Christmas tree in Washington, D.C., is decorated with 3,000

ornaments that are the handiwork of U.S. schoolchildren. Encircling

evergreens in the ‘Pathway of Peace’ represent the 50 U.S. states.

Hi Corinne,

Thanks for all the great posts this year and for taking the time and effort to write them.

Also thankyou for your personal support and advice to me with my endevours. I know they are only baby steps yet but at least I took them, thanks to your encouragement.

There is so little time to stops smell the roses but when I do it is always a delight to find myself in your company.

Have fun and may it be a wondeful Christmas for you with family and friends and all your followers.

Gordon

Happy Holidays Corinne,
This song takes me back to my first visit to Unity in Walnut Creek, California. They all held hands and sang that song and I thought it was just one of the most beautiful set of lyrics I had ever heard. I sometimes sing it to myself as a reminder that I need to be the “Peace” I want to feel in my life. I think it was Gandhi that said that…either him or the Dali Lama. Who ever it was, it’s great advice. Thanks for bringing it to us to relive in our hearts.
