WONDERFUL ADVICE. I WOULD ADD ONE RELEVANT SUGGESTION WHICH I ALWAYS MENTION TO MY STUDENTS: DELIVER A "BLESSING" TO OTHERS. BY THAT I MEAN, BUILD UP THOSE IN YOUR CARE, FRIENDS, FAMILY MEMBERS, LOVED ONES, ETC. SAY SOMETHING THAT BUILDS UP THEIR SELF-ESTEEM; SOMETHING POSITIVE ABOUT THEM, RATHER THAN SAYING THINGS THAT BRINGS THEM DOWN. ENHANCE THEIR LIVES WITH YOUR BLESSINGS. MAKE THEM BETTER PEOPLE.
